Staff was nice. Clinic was clean the whole process was fast and smooth

After looking for a lost golf ball, I developed what I thought were mosquito bites on my lower thigh but as I found out later it was a poison ivy rash. After work on a Tuesday I stopped at an urgent care and they prescribed me a small tube of cream and said should be about two weeks. By Thursday of that week the rash was covering my entire right thigh and my side halfway up to the point where it hurt to walk and was difficult to sleep. After going back and forth with the urgent care and my PCP -who weren't taking me seriously- a friend who is a patient of Dr. Cooper said to call her office as they may be able to help. I called and thankfully they were able to get me in the next day, as my thigh had turned purple. She took the time to listen to my plight and her bedside manner was extremely caring. I was prescribed the medication I should have had to start with and two and a half days in my leg looks so much better and its clear I am on the mend. Thank you Mye!
